Return Policy Jewelry

► All returns must be received back to our facility within 14 days from the original invoice date.

► We only accept returns for ring size exchange of the same item, store credit, or refund.

► Exchange for different items is not allowed.

► Items must be in unused condition.

► Exchange for the same item different size is final sale.

► Items can only be returned and exchanged once.

► Shipping fee is non-refundable.

► Please send an email to ohdeardeal@gmail.com to request the return form, we will reply within 24hours.  (Return orders will not be processed without return form)

► Ship return items in a padded envelope or box. Do not use a paper envelope.

► Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return.

►  There is no additional fee to ship the size exchange of the same item(s) to customers.
